Each plan comes with a cover sheet showing the 3D view of the project and lists the drawing sheet table of contents for the drawing set.

Shows a summary of all floors as well as square-footage tables and 3D exterior views.

Standard Details

Shows standard construction details including framing, foundation, slab, eave/overhang, window and door trim, porch millwork, and other details you’ll need to construct your home with strength and style.
