How do I know the plans will work in my location and be up to local codes?

All Old Village plans are kept current to the most widely adopted code in the nation - the IRC or International Residential Code - which is often the basis document upon which local or statewide codes are based. So by keeping our designs up to date - we’ll never sell you some stale plan off the shelf like some other sites would - we can ensure that they’re in line with the most recent code cycles.
